The interview process is composed of 2 Phone Screens, 1st Recruiter, 2nd Manager, then 3 skype calls/on-site meetings (peer, TL, manager/local hub lead) + 1 skype call with Recruitment Head from Provo.
All of the talks are very structured and to the point. It is a really helpful practise to learn about Qualtrics product and value-based sales prior to the interviews, Qualtrics Blog is a great resource of information on each hub and different positions as well as SAP acquisition of Qualtrics and further plans with regards to Q.
