Quality Inn & Suites interview questions

My interview was an over-the-phone interview. A friend recommended me to the owner, and he called me to ask about my experiences, particularly my experience with customers and hospitality. I was told he would get back to which he did in a few days. I was told to come in for training. I was first hired as a front desk agent.
