Entretien via un call video pour le screening en première étape, puis entretien dans les bureaux et business case en dernière étape. L'entretien est agréable à passer sans que ce soit un interrogatoire

After one week after my application I've been contacted via mail by the recruitment officer to have a video call, however, he was on holiday right after he contacted me. After sending him a reminder about the process, he replied to me and we scheduled a video call. In my opinion, the first interview was very informative and positive for both sides. However, After the interview, I had to wait 7 days to have feedback about the next steps. Finally, I got a template mail basically saying that I was not chosen and they will move forward with other candidates with more experience. I'm totally okay with the feedback. My point here is, Why it takes 2 weeks to realize that my experience was not enough? MY experience level and every single detail were written in my C.V + also explained this during the first interview. This is was just a waste of time for nothing and not transparent from their side towards me. They could basically say from the beginning that they were looking for a senior profile. However, The officer told me that everyone was welcome.
