Interview
The interview process was surprisingly undeveloped. The director didn’t seem to have been able to spend time developing the interviewing process. I was surprised since many of my friends from sales mentioned Qualia was a great place to start a career.
The sales team may be efficient however the customer service area is at a start-up level. They barely seem to have a handle on basic areas like communicating the interviewing process.
Another area that was interesting in the support team was the lack of diversity. The department needs some guidance in this area for sure. Like how to implement and source employees from different backgrounds/cultures.
Lastly, the interview process was bad, and the follow up was even worse. I wasn’t interested in the job and I received an email that I didn’t get the job from Adam like 2 weeks later. Not the best organizational skills.
Give it a go. I hear they’re receiving tons of funding. From the few interactions I’ve had with the leadership. It’s not an organization that fits my needs.
