Qualcomm Compensation Analyst (HR) interview questions

Pretty basic - hardly any behavioral interviewing questions though. They wanted to know about my background and why I thought I'd be a good fit for the role. Met with 5 different people, for a total of about 3 hours. Never received any follow up, which was very annoying. Not professional for a company as large and well-known as Qualcomm. It made me lose respect for the company and hiring process.
