Standard email exchange with hiring manager for availability, and then interview with two people in RF testing. They had my CV up on screen along with a document with a circuit diagram and some code in embedded C - for the technical part of the interview. After the technical part was done, one of them did a more in depth talk on their work, and an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
