First call with one of the owners. Second call was a technical interview - solve two programming questions (Python and C++). Third interview was a technical interview focused on how you approach the research problem. They told me that they want me to talk with two more members of their quant team, back after that they never got back to me.

Programming questions - for the first one you can choose the programming language (python or c++). The second one was in c++
Easy interviews compared to other HFTs. Many of the problems are directly from standard sources. Maybe they don't really give much weight to interview scores. Only CGPA matters to them.
Very typical quant questions like puzzles. Fun experience. Quantguide.io and standard books help a lot. Need to have strong base of probability to have a good shot at cracking the interview
