It was a Teams meeting. The interviewer was very straightforward—he presented the opportunity and walked through my resume. However, he asked if I preferred to focus more on the design side of projects or on the execution/construction side. At that point, my preferences weren't aligned with the company's business needs, so we ended the interview "for the sake and respect of our busy time". I think the external recruiter didn't do a good job aligning my preferences with the job needs.
