I got contacted by an East-based agency while working in UK. They were very professional all the way through and kept me well informed. It took a month for a positive feedback. Weirdly enough, QP took some time after that organizing the interview. I litteraly had to remind them.
I had the strangest interview of all times. The interview was organized very early, Doha time, it was still dark in UK, sleeping time. I was interviewed online by two engineers who were not sure what they were looking for, kept asking me unclearly formulated questions related to a certain piece of equipment.
Anyways, I worked with QP for 5 years and still hoping for a suitable offer.
It was organised well by Human resources department. Prior to sending the invite, the date and time were well communicated. Interviewed by a panel of experts and very professional approach.

Multiple layers of competency Q & A sessions.
First was a telephone interview discussing very broadly your background and base skills.
On-site interview starts with a Peer panel interview, followed by senior staff, and then head of Department. If you get to the Head of department, you have been given the thumbs up in previous interviews.
