Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

First man to man interview after online apply. If you pass online apply, you will get the invitation letter from Qatar Airways by email. You can see the date, place and time of man to man interview. There is two rooms for interview. First, waiting room and second, interview practicing room. Most of people waited in waiting room and make a line in front of the door. Assistant leads about 10 people to the interview room and 4 interviewer were sit. Randomly matched to one of them.
