First make a call and applied for an interview.
Then they asked to come on a date and time within to attend the interview.
Brief explanation of my school and my family.How to get to know about the company.Then what is meant by customer service and how we can help them
Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

Question 1
How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
