I applied online and was contacted after one month. At first it was telephone interview but since it was very bad connection they sent me an e-mail offer with Skype interview. It lasted only 10 minutes. Three people attended the interview. The panel consisted of the direct department manager, HR manager and one another person.

Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
