It took a long amount of time to receive job offer after the interview process, however it was fairly easy process all together. Having both sides of identification documents is reccommended especially for birth certificate,

Interview
Applied on indeed, completed the AI 5 questionnaire in early January then a month later got invited to the assessment day in late February. The actual day was in early March, a nice experience, led into a room with the other candidates, listened to the presentation and did a group activity which included a scenario of a group given with personality traits and had to sort out what items they had to bring. Then having to present our solution to the assessor. Afterwards it was just waiting for one on one interviews. Some of the questions were role based of course, asking if I can commit to 20+ hours, would I be willing to travel for ground school, stuff like that but the rest were behavioural based.

Interview
Applied in January and stlll in talent pool. Hoping to hear back soon.
Assessment day was actually a bit of fun, and everyone was very supportive.
I knew that the process was long, so was expecting this but it is very stressful, especially when I had to give current references and my managers know I want to leave.
