Interview
I applied through the official Qantas website following the required steps, and after passing the document screening, I received a link. The next stage was an interview conducted through a program called Sapia, where I chatted with an AI chatbot. After passing that stage, I was invited to an online assessment. I joined a group interview via a Zoom link. Unfortunately, I did not pass that online group interview, so I was unable to move on to the final face-to-face assessment interview.

We were given a group discussion task to create a new promotion for Qantas Airways, and the session lasted about 15 minutes.

I submitted my application online, on the Indeed app, then proceeded to an AI interview with around five questions based on your personality and practical examples of situations you handled.

It was an easy interview process, very friendly interviewing staff and process was fun. Did group activities for an hour and then 1 on 1 interviews with other cabin crew.
