Applied for the a PERMANENT role in MAY online through the QVC website, got a call 2 days later inviting me to an assessment day 2 weeks later, assessment was on a Wednesday 1- 4 I think, about 20 people in my assessment. Started by telling us about the company and benefits to working with them, then we got called over to a manager to interview you one on one. then we went into groups into a computer room to take 2 tests, 1 test was ordering a item for a customer and the other test was answering customer service queries both average if you have worked in customer service before, then it was done, 2 weeks later I got an email saying I was waiting on training dates and when one becomes available they will let me know.... AUGUST I called myself after not hearing anything she told me to be patient, SEPTEMBER I got a call to come in and start training only for her to tell me its now only seasonal staff and my contract will end in January, I replied 'No Thanks'.

Give me an example of a time you provided excellent customer service...
Super freundlich, hat Spaß gemacht. Pünktlich. Nicht allzu langes AC. Würde nochmals teilnehmen. Habe den Arbeitgeber weiterempfohlen. Arbeitszeiten könnten besser sein. Flexibel neben dem Studium zu bewältigen. Wochenend - und Nachtzuschläge vorhanden.

I took a Phone interview that only took about 10 mins. It was really easy...the lady was nice. They offered me the job right after. Started training a couple weeks later.
