Interview
I was given a choice between two options of a time slot for a phone interview. Interview was short and to the point. Interviewer mentioned she was a slow typist and to have patience with her. Stated she would be asking three behavioral questions and would be recording my responses. After 10 minutes, I had successfully answered each question. I felt that I did rather well, being that I’ve encountered those questions in past interviews where I’ve been offered positions; however, that was not the case in this instance. I’m truly confused as to what exactly she was looking for me to say, and I am a bit frustrated that there’s no real way of understanding why my answers didn’t match their criteria.
