I did a phone screening and after that I was required to do a personality and cognitive skill assessment that took 3 hrs to complete and then fill out tons of forms with information that could have been found on my resume just to be ghosted afterwards.

Initial phone screening, then a Zoom interview, followed by a final in-person interview with 3 separate leaders in the office. The process was fairly standard, although I was asked a few 'odd-ball' thought provoking questions.

It was very relaxed and relatively informal. Almost to the point of being a bit suspicious. As if they didn't want to get into detail. Got offered the job, but declined due to a perceived lack of professionalism
