QSC Engineer interview questions

Applied through company portal, got connected directly to management team of local office, video call, then in-person interview. Expected some kind of structured approach from an international company, but in a local office full freedom is given to local boss. Seems entirely detached from bigger QSC, but good for him to be able to tailor the team to personal liking.
