The interview takes place with a department leader and someone from hr, it takes about 1 hr, its in person, not remote, atmosphere is cosy, offer was too low, no room to improve your career.

Interesting interview, the sales commission grill doesn't quite make sense. Overall an ok interview, but people seem to be asking way too much for what they are to return back.

Due fasi, prima tramite un ufficio di risorse umane e poi in presenza nella sede aziendale. Colloquio in presenza vincolato al superamento del primo step. Colloquio per la posizione di junior account ma poi, nel concreto, offerta posizione commerciale vera e propria.
