      Python Developer Interview

      6 Jul 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QBurst in Jun 2021

      Interview

The process overall was really nice. Kudos to the HR department for organizing interviews flawlessly. The HR team would call and confirm a day before and few hours before the interview. They also made sure to notify before hand and do the necessary whenever there was a change in schedule. I had two technical interviews and one HR interview. The first technical interview took about an hour. The interviewer covered from basics such as OOP concepts to high level topics in Python. There were questions from Django and Flask. My interviewer also asked questions on webservers and basic API questions. The second interview was really short, about 15 mins. The interviewer asked questions that where focused on accessing my requirement analysis skill-set and understanding how I approach a problem statement. I was given a problem statement and was asked to design a system. The third call was an HR round which was a discussion on salary and other formalities.
