It was somewhat informal and straight forward. I was just invited to come meet with the owner at a scheduled time and then a couple days later I was invited to meet the engineering manager and HR representative.

Farley informal, with a few standard interview question trickled in. Met with current project engineers and the president of the company. Turned out to be about two hours or so.
