The interview process is SO LONGGGGG,
It took more than a month and I must say , it is so effing disappointing and frustrating. DO NOT APPLY if you cannot wait this long.
Steps included
Initial, Self-assessment, HR questions, Tech Assessment, Cultural Interview and another "Tech" interview with the Director
I made it until last and I was just disappointed. Taking me until the last interview then failing until the end. This company gave me FALSE HOPE. I aligned with the so-called virtues on the few steps but still failed. Anyway, good luck looking for the "best" candidates.

Anything about the company, projects you have done and a lot of technical questions. My God, the questions are too many situational, as if you will promote a very high compensation

Interview
Interview process is smooth because you decide when and what time your interview is. It only depends the interviewers availability. You can definitely feel that its more of like a casual conversation than a formal interview, as they are trying to observe you on how you will fit in the company. Of course your skills and asset still matter but they will only test your credibility throughout the interview.
