I was contacted by an outside recruiter about this role. The whole process was done very efficiently in my experience. My recruiter submitted me for the position and within a week I had an in person interview with HR and the Programs Manager. They are both very nice and easy to get a long with. What impressed me the most is that I showed up over 10 minutes early and everyone was already waiting for me. I didn't have to sit around and wait for people to free up time to meet with me. I had my interview on a Friday, the following Wednesday I received an offer for the position. There were a few candidates for the position, and Q4 did their due diligence. My impression was that there was no time wasted in the process and I appreciated that.
