I made it to the telephone interview round. The online tests are challenging but enjoyable, the feedback might be helpful for the interview rounds. My interview was rescheduled twice. The interviewer is nice and her questions are all around 5 key competencies.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
