Took too long to schedule interview. Interviewer was not technical and questions were not relevant. Since the answers were not understandable, it was difficult to convince.. Interviewers should be from the same domain, else it doesn't work.

Internal recruiter organised a first call with Tech Lead, which went well. Was told I'd hear feedback in about a week - followed up after a week and was told that I'd hear something soon, followed up with the internal recruiter a second time the week after and didn't even get a response.
