Simple online tests, tough interview at the assessment centre. We were made to do different tasks and this was very tough for me especially under time restraints. This was prior to a face to face interview which was also very tough for me to complete as they asked tough questions.

It was hard but manageable. a lot of questions but I came prepared and had consulted with people who had done this process before. Nice but also a little cold which I guess is good,
interviewers, including managers and partners, were "great and approachable" and kept the mood light. This creates a comfortable environment

Videollamadas con distintos responsables de recursos humanos y responsables de departamento, sobre una hora de duración donde se hacían preguntas con el puesto y la formación académica y experiencia previa en puestos similares. Bastante automatizado en el sentido con emails sobre las fases correspondientes
