lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
I had three interviews in the following order:
-Partner (during the recruitment day at the university)
-Analitycal (Skype interview with two managers of the business line)
-Human resource (Skype interview with one employee from the HR department)
All three interviews went well, however, I did not get an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions were exactly as I expected:
- Why PwC? / Why do you want to move to this city? / Why auditing? etc.
- What is the role of a commercial bank? / Describe me the balance sheet of a commercial bank / What is a private bank/ What is an investment fund.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
