A senior manager asks the interviewee questions from the interview package. It lasts about 45 minutes for me. Some questionsa are the same as video interview questions. It is a formal interview in casual atmosphere.

Phone interview, lasted about 20 mins. The interviewer were friendly and the HR was very helpful (GVA Area). Questions were normal. But need to be prepared. It seemed they had a local target school.

Interview
It was a totally behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about the history of the company. I met with both a manager and a partner for a half hour each back to back. It seems that all they wanted to see was if you would be a good cultural fit with the firm.
