I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Brisbane) in Apr 2018
Interview
First, there was psychometric testing online, followed by a screen recorded interview, followed by an assessment centre called Career Jam. In the screen interview I was asked 3 questions. You get roughly 30 seconds to read the question and 2 minutes to answer. The questions were behavioural in style. 1. What excites you about working for pwc and the department that you chose? 2. Describe a time you solved a problem 3. Describe a time you found an opportunity to simplify a process.

Question 1
How do you plan to progress your career over the next 5 years?
Virtual assessment centre required 5 numerical exercises, one written exercise as well as a group task and 1-2-1 interview. The written exercise and group task was to produce a brief that a colleague could use in their presentation about a client they are working with.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at PwC (Perth, Western Australia) in Mar 2021
Interview
Starts with an online psychometric test. The test is a series of games on an app on your phone that tests your personality and how you react and respond to certain situations. If you pass the testing (it compares your results to the current team for best fit), you’ll get offered a video interview.
