I interviewed at Pursuit Sales Solutions (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was super transparent, communicative, fast-paced, 3-4 rounds. Great leadership, well-communicated values and expectations. Loved meeting with everyone- interactive process. You have to work hard, put in effort, and do what you can to separate yourself from the competition, but it is worth it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pursuit Sales Solutions (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn-- the thorough job description is what caught my eye (as I am a recruiter as well) Had a brief call with the guy and then game into their Deep Ellum office to shadow. Then the next step was to meet with the VP. It sounded promising until I met her. She sat me down and grilled me with questions to then stay that they're scared there's a "downfall in the market" and she isn't sure they are going to be hiring anymore. But instead of dismissing me, we sat there and talked for at least 30 mins. Before I left I looped back around with the recruiter that initiated all this and he wasn't aware they weren't hiring at all! He was lead to believe they were looking to fill at least 2-4 positions. After I left I never heard back. Talk about a waste of time and completely inconsiderate to at least let the recruiter recruiting understand where the company stands before they just bring ppl in 2-3 times for interview process.

Question 1
How well are you meeting KPI's? Past experience? Wanting to make sure the candidate is a great fit for them more than you are a great fit for the role.
