Interview
The entire process was very quick and very personal. I didn't feel like I fell into a black hole. There was no HR screening interview and within a few days of applying, the hiring manager contacted me by phone. She set up an interview for the two of us a few days later. A couple days after that she texted me and invited me to an in-person interview with her and the COO the following week at the company HQ. The interview with her and the COO was more of a conversation than an interview and they made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I had to convince them to hire me; they knew what I brought to the table and simply wanted to know if I was a good fit. The hiring manager called me on the way home from the interview and offered me the position. I started two-and-a-half weeks later.

The HR informed me about the multiple rounds, but I only appeared in one round and got rejected in it. But the level was average only, they deep dive into the work ex.

They asked me about a project and grilled on the 'Why' part, they asked me to justify the numbers.
Easy! The recruiter was quick to respond to my questions and arrange scheduling. The offer and paperwork were also quick and easy. The questions asked were relevant to the position and the hiring manager was clear in the expectations of the role and growth opportunities.

I met with both the PMO Director and the CEO for my job interview at Purple. The experience was great and both were very professional. The questions they asked were thorough and they gave me several opportunities to ask my own inquiries about the company and the position I was interviewing for.
