I do not even recall when I applied for this job but the job ad is a month old...
I got rejected 2.5 hours after interviewing with the supervisor. You would think they would at least wait a day to be courteous. Automated message claiming they went with a different candidate. The supervisor said she was looking to hire fast. Said that she didn't want women that competed with each other, but didn't seem to want a collaborate environment based on the conversation... "You know how we women are wanting to compete with each other."
Sent me another rejection letter 4 days later...
Standard interview questions, possibly not well thought out as it didn't seem my resume was looked at.
3 interviews one in person showing knowledge of modeling, databases, and critical thinking. Also to demonstrate IT knowledge and server rack maintenance. Was give three question , one hr per each , and a bunch of scratch paper.

Good company and fun environment to work for, management is always willing to help. Work days are most of the time presenting different challenges and keeping things interesting. Benefits are great!
