Interview
Zoom interview with department head and management. I used a blurred background. Interviewers were together in an office in Auburn, with camera view from above. Work environment and job description seemed really great.
Started with a phone interview which then lead to a group culture interview then with position leadership. Overall a straight forward experience, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was eventually extended an offer a few weeks later.
