Friendly interview process. Was made to feel comfortable. Was asked about past experience and expectations regarding career development. Very specific job description. Interview lasted 40 minutes approximately. Interview was conducted by a panel of supervisors.

Interview
Panel interview consisting of 5 or 6 persons. Two of those don't ask any questions, just stare at the candidate. Each time a candidate came out of his/her interview, the other applicants waiting were able to hear the interviewers laughing inside the conference room. Extremely weird interview for a position that only pays the minimum wage. Definitely don't recommend this employer.
