MY AVAILABILITY was what they focused on the most.
Easy interview process, organized, professional, and she was knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the company. Interview was about an hour from start to finish. She was able to give me information on other Publix locations that were hiring in the area.

Long and time consuming. Too many questions about nothing and dumb hypothetical situations. Asked personal off base questions. Walked store and asked i pick out flaws. I had to fake fire and hire someone.
