Met for a quick interview, very casual. Talked on the phone prior to getting an interview. Was one on one with the hiring manager and completed necessary paperwork at the time of the interview.
One interview. Extremely easy and popular questions. Got offered the job on the spot. Had a good experience overall! It was also a pretty ok place to work. I was 16 at the time.
Easy as pie, nothing difficult simple questions. My name, my age, and any experience I have in retail. My desired pay and hours. Any disputes with managers or employees. Am I school or do I have kids

Easy no need to worry about not getting the job as it was a piece of cake. Interview was fast and job offer came immediately. There really isnt anything else i can say about this process.
