The interview process was pretty straight forward. You go online and submit the application. They’ll have you take one of those personality tests, and then you just wait to hear back for an interview which took like 2 week. The interview itself was also pretty easy. They just asked my availability and job expectations.

Interview
Fairly simple hiring process. Just situational questions and some questions about personal activities such as school clubs and hobbies. They want to make sure that you can handle stressful situations and that you can stand for 8 hours each shift.

What was a stressful situation you were in? How did you handle it?
It went smoothly, they pretty much already decided to hire me. I had my drug test and initiation on the spot. The only real question they asked me was my availability.
It was honestly really tedious. It actually took longer to land the interview then to conduct the interview. But once you land the interview, you’re almost guaranteed to get the job.
