Interview
Just asked a few questions for around 10 minutes. It was very laid back and not too difficult. I didn't get an interview from the online process so I had to go in and ask for one. They gave me an interview on the spot and gave me the date for orientation. Online application was very long though. Many questions about what someone would do in certain situations. The interview was overall a good experience.
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
