Fill out application at Publix, then they call you for an interview. Received a call back a couple days later saying I had the job. You have to go to a training on a Saturday before you officially start at your new store.

First you sign up for an online publix account. Once the account is set up, then you can apply for a number of available jobs in different locations. These are submitted electronically. You will be contacted by someone to set up an in person or phone based interview.

Process was fairly easy. Mostly laid back interview. Asked most common interview questions. Discussed dress code. Interview was about 30 mins or less. Was told there would be a second interview process but didn’t receive a call back.

I did not get a call back so the interview did not occur. Publix continuously says they are hiring but has not mentioned anything about my application. Maybe it depends on location.
