I submitted my application online and was then called by the Deli Manager for an interview. She was amazing. Then I had an interview with the Store Manager and she was awesome as well. Shortly after I was hired and taught how to run the entire deli as if it were my own.

Question 1
I do not remember any difficult questions. The process of the interview was uplifting and I believe they were looking at my appearance, body language and charisma in answering their questions. They were not covert but did expect you to answer honestly.
Behavioral Interview with questions on how you would behave in a team environment, and stressful or otherwise adverse conditions. They will also analyze how you align with the company's value system.

Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker.
Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
