It was quick. I applied in my local store, and was called 2 days later by the Deli Manager at the Downtown Store, who scheduled me for interview the following day. I interviewed, Drug Tested and my background was checked all in one day, and I received an Offer which I accepted.

It was laid back and the store manager gave me an great idea about the company and why it is a great place to work. They asked why I wanted to work for this company, and what can I bring to this company.

Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and personable. The interview was more like a friendly conversation. I got the job on the spot. I enjoyed working for this company and the other employees work as a team.
Easy. Straight forward. They ask about you and your flexibility and then tell you what they are looking for. To be honest if you seem like a hard worker they will make you an offer.
