I was hired in 2005 and had a very brief one-on-one interview with the store manager. The questions were simple and the interview as a whole was non-threatening. The next day I received a call that I was accepted into the position.

Question 1
There wasn't anything truly difficult. I was only about 16 at the time and this was my first job, so the only hard-hitting question was really, "How often can you work?"
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Question 1
Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
