Interview
On the first interview you'll be interviewed by on of the lower managers of the store. They will ask you your 5 year plan, to tell them about yourself, and what you think the company means. On the second interview the store manager will ask you the same.

The most difficult question they asked me was what do I think good customer service is.
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

What was a situation where you worked well in a team situation?
Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
