Quick and easy, offered me job at the interview and I had to do a drug test a few days following. And training is done following the job interview, which is also very easy. It is done by video and a manager or customer service staff member comes in once in a while to check up on you and ask questions about what you learned.

What would you do if a customer did (listed specific scenarios)?
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
