Interview process was done in a store managers office was professional. In order to get an interview you have to go see a manager in person if they never see your face you will never get an interview just company policy, they need friendly outgoing people. Dress professionally and make sure to smile. Publix online portion has a duo ranking feature. Its based on how open your availability is compared to your answered questions.

Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
