Interview
Relatively status quo. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with 4 people (mostly middle management) and a Skype interview with the department director. Then, had to complete a writing assignment — nothing too crazy for a copywriter, fun little social media prompts.
Process actually moved pretty quickly — from phone interview to offer letter was probably 2 weeks.

I was interviewing for a social media position, so they asked me a "how would you handle this" question pertaining to a challenge they'd been having with a specific client.

Interview
Very concise and to the point. Crossed every box you'd expect. I suggest preparing well for the obvious line of questions and to not overlook anything. Be calm and speak in a confident tone.
