There were three rounds of interviewing. The first round was with HR. HR just asked some very basic questions to make sure that I had the former experience with advertising. The second round and the third round were with the group leaders. They asked very detailed questions about my previous experience. They are all very nice person and the interview was professional and casual at the same time

Fast, fair, and succinct. The interviewers were talented at their jobs and asked great questions.
I was directed primarily to the team and hiring managers and found them intelligent, understanding and empathetic for their customer.

Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.
