The interview process was very easy, very professional. They ask specific questions why I becomes a CNA do I have plan in the future and how do I like being a CNA and my answer was it’s my calling. I think I was born to do this. No, I know I was born to become a caregiver. It’s my calling. I love taking care of persons who can take care of themselves as a CNA. You learned a lot you listen to your resident and their concern and I strive to do the best at my job. I love what I do and I am great at my job even though they said it’s always room for improvement, but if I should rate myself, I would say I am a five out of a five not to brag.
