Great! I was given a tour of the skilled nursing facility and was able to meet some of the staff. We discussed scheduling and my availability as a PRN employee.

The interviewers asked all the necessary questions to make an informed decision without making the interview feel robotic or awkward. I felt completely comfortable during the interview process, and that comfort during interviews is a rarity.

I learned a lot about Pruitt and the way the facility works, color codes, expectations, and potentially great staff to work with. Nicole gave me a tour around the facility in the most upbeat way and she never stopped smiling. From that, I could see myself being apart of Pruitt.

Bailey was kind, friendly, and informative. She answered all of my questions and had some of her own. She was able to give me a tour of the facility and describe what a “normal day” at Pruitt Health would be like.
