The interview was In-person and very straight-forward. The questions were mostly about my availability and why I wanted to work as a certified nurse assistant. The interview was not hard and they told me about their work environment and how scheduling works.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.

Why should they choose me over any other candidate?
Ms. Bethel was absolutely amazing! The facility felt welcoming and everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. When she asked me questions I felt that she really cared about my answers which points to me that there is great communication which is important to me.
It was on time . The interview was very professional and straight to the point. The manager was very nice and explained everything. The instructions was very easy and self explanatory.
